Marsha is a Registered Nurse, Board Certified in Gerontology and as a Director of Nursing in Long Term Care by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has over twenty five years skilled long term care experience. Positions held include Director of Nursing, Infection Control Director, Director of Restorative Nursing, Case Management, MDS Coordinator, Director of Education, Turn-Around Specialist and Nurse Consultant. She has experience in all aspects of Nursing Management and has developed her career in long term facility management as well as in hospital and geriactric clinical nursing. She has been a Legal Nurse Consultant for six years and has helped with both defense and plaintiff counsel. She is an expert witness with trial experience.
